These terms cover froggie.email, the website: reading it, and requesting a seat. The product, when it reaches your inbox, will come with its own service agreement for you to accept or decline.
An introduction to Froggie, an email agent for stores, and a place to request one of a limited number of seats. It is informational. Nothing here is a signed contract, an offer of guaranteed availability, or professional advice.
Submitting your email asks us to hold you a place in line; it doesn't oblige you to buy anything, and it doesn't oblige us to grant a seat. Seats are limited and granted at our discretion, generally in the order requests arrive. Nothing is charged, and no card is collected, at request time.
The demo on this site, including "Paper Crane Goods," its customers, and their orders, is fiction, scripted to show faithfully how the product behaves. Numbers shown in demos are illustrative, not measurements of your future results.
The words, design, and code of this site belong to Froggie. Read it, share links to it, quote it with attribution. Just don't republish it wholesale or pass it off as yours.
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it is error-free, and we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of a marketing website, to the maximum extent the law allows. Where the law grants you rights that can't be waived, those rights stand.
When Froggie starts handling real mail for your store, that relationship will be governed by a service agreement and data processing terms presented at signup, including pricing, cancellation, and exactly what Froggie may and may never do with a mailbox. You'll accept those explicitly; this page doesn't smuggle them in.
Write to hello@froggie.email. A person answers.
