This policy covers froggie.email, the website. When the product itself launches, it will carry its own agreement, written before it handles a single customer email, not after.
One thing, on purpose: the email address you type into the seat form, along with which lander you were on when you sent it. That's the entire list.
Two things, incidentally: our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested), and this site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the font request. There are no analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, and no cookies on this site. We can't retarget you. We wouldn't know how.
We write back about your seat request, and occasionally about the product as it approaches launch. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your address with anyone. Every email we send has a working reply address; answering "stop" works as well as any unsubscribe link.
Form submissions are stored by Netlify (our hosting provider) and forwarded to our own inbox. Both are ordinary, reputable infrastructure with their own security practices; nothing is stored on hardware under our desk.
Email hello@froggie.email and say so. We delete your address from our records and Netlify's within 7 days, and confirm when it's done.
Froggie the product works by you forwarding your support address to it. The originals never leave your mailbox, and Froggie holds only the copies it needs to do the job. That design, and the full data agreement behind it, will be documented here before the first store goes live.
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it, and material changes get announced to anyone whose email we hold.
