โ€” The memory, the proof page, and promise tracking come whole on both plans
โ€” First 100 emails free on your real inbox, drafts only, no card

What counts as an email?
An inbound customer email the agent processed: answered, drafted, or correctly set aside. Newsletters and spam count for nothing. You see the same count we bill from, checked against what your mailbox actually forwarded.
Can it issue refunds or store credit?
No. When money moves, you move it. Refund and store-credit requests always reach you with the order pulled and the numbers drafted, and Froggie holds the thread until you decide. Chargebacks and legal language always reach you too; no configuration changes that.
Why cheaper than the old stack?
The expensive part of helpdesk software was the human hours it assumed. Froggie's cost is compute and care. Compute is cheap. The ninety-nine dollars is for the care.
